 1 Pearl Pigment for balloon application

 Pearlescent pigment with medium or small particle size is better applicable for latex product (e.g. pearl balloon). In the application, please note the follows:

Choose the transparence latex materials as you could;Avoid using the pigments or padding with covering;Mix with the transparence pigment as you could;Normally, the dosage of pigment is 2-5%.

The blending process of pearlescent pigment is difference from the normal latex mixing. Pearlescent pigment is not add to the sphere mill with vulcanizing agent to mix round decentralization, but is added at the end of the mixing. In the mixing, please note these points: do not mix strongly in order to keep the pearl effect; Because of the good decentralization of the pigment, it is not necessary to mix too long time; Keep the invariableness of mixing speed and time; Make the pearlescent pigment into liquid slime (e.g. using water) before using to speed the dispersal up and also can avoid latex bringing air bubble.
